OEM Replacement piece is the lighter-colored, shorter one.

The extension rod is actually another OEM Mitsubishi part and is longer than the stock rod and cheaper then the aftermarket stainless rods.

Works on 90-99 DSM's and may just fix that problem with disengagement!
