Darton MID Sleeves are engineered for the 4B11 Evo X (2008–2015) to address cylinder stability and cooling efficiency. Constructed from bulletproof ductile iron with 130,000 psi tensile strength, these wet sleeves feature a modular design that strengthens the upper deck through flange tension. The MID system allows for in-field sleeve replacement while improving oil and compression control, and enhances heat dissipation via swirl coolant technology.
